Great question.  Right after you purchase The Ultimate Car Scratch Remover™ bundled with the custom touch up paint kit you will receive two emails. One is a welcome with important links to resources and the other will ask you for your vehicle details. If you don't see it right away check you junk folder or if you have Gmail your "Promotions" tab.  Just fill in the details and if you don't know your paint code right now that's OK. We will contact you within an hour or two during regular business hours 9am-6pm PST to confirm your details or ask for more information. We are super fast and if we don't hear from you we will track you down!
